Watford (H) – Your Chance To Select Who Excelled, Who Was Mediocre And Who Wasn’t Up To Scratch

|

Yesterday, the fixture against Watford, was definitely a game of two halves.

Watford had, by far, the better of the first half and Fulham couldn’t have complained if the Hornets had gone into the break leading 3-0. The only reason the score-line was restricted to 1-0 was due to some good goalkeeping by Marcus Bettinelli and some woeful finishing by Watford.

At half-time, Slavisa Jokanovic changed things around bringing on Ayite and Odoi and changing to a 4-4-2 formation. The switch saw the impetus switch back to the Cottagers and Fulham had the better of the second forty-five minutes.

Alexandar Mitrovic grabbed the equaliser and only the woodwork prevented Fulham from gaining all three points.

In the end, a draw was probably the right result, but the draw sees Fulham stay in fifteenth place in the table with just five points from the eighteen available, not the kind of start we’d all hoped for.

However, it is still early days in this new season and we hope that we’ll soon be climbing the table.

But, returning to the crux of the article, we’d like you to rate the players in our new feature, ho do you believe excelled, who was mediocre and who just wasn’t up to scratch?
