After recently being labeled as a bad egg by someone amongst the hierachy at West Ham United, Fulham defender, Paul Konchesky, has gone on the offensive.

Unfortunately, it may have landed the defender in hot water as the Evening Standard tonight carries a story that the West Ham United manager, Alan Curbishley, is threatening to sue.

It would appear that Curbishley is a little miffed about the comments made by Konchesky in a Sunday newspaper.

In fact one comment in particular appears to have inflamed Curbishley.

This is what Konchesky has reputedly said,

“There was, and still are, a lot of unhappy players at the club who don`t like him.”

“I am sure that is one of the reasons why Tevez didn`t stay at the club and also why Darren Bent refused to sign.”

Clearly, there is history between the two and we here at Vital Fulham hope this can be settled amicably and no through the courts!
