Conceding that last minute, of normal time, equalizer, to West Brom, resulted in an ugly chant going around Craven Cottage.
Strains of Jol Out could be heard coming from some parts of the ground and these chants prompted Jol to come out fighting in his post -match chat with the media, with the Dutchman remarking,
“If we were bottom of the league I could understand it but we are 12th.”
“It`s hard to fight expectations and expectations can make you very unhappy. For me there is not a big problem, it`s a minority, but what can I do about it? We have four points, not one. We should have won today and it was disappointing not to attack the ball better for their goal.”
With a trip to Chelsea next weekend, could the pressure on Jol increase or should the Dutchman be given time no matter what the result next Saturday evening?
