Felix Magth get it wrong?

Did anyone else find it strange that going into such an important game, and one which you`d have hoped we`d get something from considering Cardiff are in dire straits like us, Felix Magath started with two strikers who hadn`t started a Premier League game between them?

Well that was exactly the case when Magath decided to start with Kostas Mitroglou and Cauley Woodrow.

Following the defeat, Magath defended his selection policy, remarking about Woodrow,

“Playing Cauley was not a gamble.”

“He is a talented young player and certainly it is not because of him that we lost the match.”

And with reference to Mitroglou, the German added,

“He is not used to playing in a relegation battle and is still getting used to the Premier League.”

I`m convinced we`re plunging head-first through that relegation trap-door, how about you?
