Previously I`ve questioned as to why we`re being constantly linked with the AS Monaco keeper, Stephane Ruiffer, now I can see why.
It would appear, if the grapevine is correct, that the former Monaco captain is available for as little as £1 million with Monaco desperate to balance their books after being relegated last year.
No wonder Aston Villa, AS Roma and us are interested, who wouldn`t be if the chance came along to snap up a very reliable keeper for a snip came along!
Although I can`t help feeling I`ve just fallen into the buy it for buying it sake trap!
