Fulham – Striker Poser!

I`ve got a question for you all, a question you might like to ponder over before you answer!

It concerns, if they were all fit, who you would play up front for Fulham?

Logic, swayed by a hefty price tag, implies that Andrew Johnson should be guaranteed one of those starting positions, but who should partner him?

In recent games Diomansy Kamara and Erik Nevland have had valuable first team time and both have responded with goals.

But, and this is where you`ll have to seriously ponder, Roy Hodgson normally prefers to partner Bobby Zamora with Andrew Johnson, this despite the fact Zamora has only netted twice this season.

Hodgson is obviously impressed by other aspects of Zamora`s game, a fact Zamora has remarked upon recently, commenting,

‘The goals haven’t been coming but it’s sort of a different role I have to play – it’s not all-out attack.’

‘Every other part of my game has been good – holding the ball up, bringing other people into play.”

‘If I’m not scoring, I’m setting someone else up.”

‘That’s good enough for me and, as long as we win, I couldn’t care less.’

So, has Zamora hit the nail on the head or should Nevland or Kamara partner AJ?

Your views would be appreciated!
