Fulham – One Vote, One Man Syndrome?

Some of you, well most of you hopefully, will already have read our piece relating to our best performer so far this season.

In fact I hope it also stirred you into leaving a comment about your personal favourite so far this season, if not then shame on you!

But, reflecting on the results of the poll, I can`t help feeling that the way if developed hasn`t been particularly fair on some of our players.

Let me expand a little.

Whilst I`m not disrespecting those who emerged ahead of the pack to claim the first three places I can`t help but cringe when I see players such as Brede Hangeland, Paul Konchesky, Damien Duff and John Pantsil only receiving a miserly 2% of the vote!

All have been excellent this season and some of those mentioned have put their bodies on the line on more than one occasion.

I guess the frailties of being only able to vote for one person, without considering the other thirteen, are a reflection on the failings of a one vote system!

Anyone any ideas as to how we could do things differently?
