News broke yesterday that Fulham had shown some interest in the Blackburn midfielder, Keith Andrews.

Andrews, signed by former MK Dons and Blackburn manager, Paul Ince, from his former club, was a surprise hit in the Premier League after jumping up two divisions.

In fact he`s proved to be such a hit that it`s being reported that Fulham are preparing a bid although the fee wanted by Blackburn, a whopping £3 million, may be enough to persuade the Fulham board otherwise.

At twenty-eight years of age, Andrews still has a few years ahead of him and the international experience gained with the Republic of Ireland would, we feel, make him a good acquisition.

Anyone got a different view?
