As the January transfer window opening approached there were mutterings relating to Dimitar Berbatov wanting to leave.
Initially, the suggestion in the tabloid press was that Arsenal, and Arsene Wenger, were set to make a surprise bid for the 32 year-old Bulgarian.
This suggestion was quickly refuted by the Arsenal manager and now the inference from Fulham Football Club is that they have received (so far) no offers for the services of the Bulgarian.
Taking a quiet look at the whole scenario, Steve Sidwell has implored Dimitar to sty remarking to the media,
“He can win games with what he can produce week-in week-out with his vision.”
Personally, I`d be very relieved if, come January 31st, Dimitar is still with Fulham Football Club, how about you?
