It appears that Kasami wasn`t the nominated penalty taker, that honour, for that match, belonged to Orlando Sa!
But, it turns out that nobody had told the other players of that fact, hence nobody challenged Kasami when he decided he`d take it.
To that end, it`s now being reported that Martin Jol has decided to fine himself!
