According to reports this morning Manchester City midfielder Geovanni is a Fulham target.

According to the report Fulham have been joined by Boro and Hull City in making inquiries about signing the Brazilian.

Another report that interested me is that Birmingham City are set to allow both Kapo and De Ridder leave the club. In my mind this would be some smart business by Roy if he was to swoop for this pair.

Another idea I have is maybe looking into signing Chelsea’s Serbian Defender Branislav Ivanović on Loan. Would that be a possibility?

Your thoughts please…

  • Umm why not go for Gudjohnsen? if pompey are looking at £4 mill why don’t we swoop for him, I think he would be amazing for that much

  • Kapo wouldn’t be bad. I think Roy should work his charm and bring in some Italian talent from Inter. Do we know how much money he’s got available for transfers? At the moment we seem to be only picking up he freebies, except for Stockdale, who was less than 1m anyway. Mo should splash the cash, he can have more faith in Roy than he can in Sanchez

  • Gudjohnsen would be a superb buy for definite but players tend to want to join Redknapp, he must have the gift of the gab

  • don’t forget we now have a respected manager too! Roy is respected across europe, specially scandinavia and Italy. Gudjohnsen is from Scandinavia and so will know about Roy.
