According to reports today Roy is after Marlon Harewood after Aston Villa revealed he is allowed to leave.
Apparently Roy sees Harewood, who only made one Premier League start this season, as the perfect replacement for McBride should he choose to leave.
Harewood has without doubt the physical aspect, but I haven’t seen enough of him to conclude if he’d be a good signing.
Kyle Lafferty is also apparently a target after he admitted he is ready to quit Burnley.
