For those travelling to Anfield, we have some travel directions once you arrive at the Merseyside metropolis!

By Car

From M6 – North – Leave the motorway at junction 26 and carry on to the M58 westward. Continue to the end of this motorway and then take the exit from the roundabout on to the A59, heading towards the city centre. After approximately three miles, turn left on to the A5058. Next turn right on to the A580, passing Stanley Park on your left, then turn into Anfield Road. Stanley Park is on your left and Anfield Stadium is on your right.

From M6 – South – Leave the M6 at Junction 21A and turn on to the M62. Continue along to the end of the motorway, before turning right on to the A5058. After about four miles turn left on to the A580. After passing Stanley Park turn left into Anfield Road and Anfield is on your right.

By Rail – The nearest station is Kirkdale, about a mile from the ground. The main station in Liverpool, Lime Street is about three miles from the ground.

  • if your getting a train your best of getting one from euston to liverpool lime street, then its either a 20 minute walk, a £4 taxi fair (thats to goodison but lets face it, theres not much distance in it) or a futher train to kirkdale from there.

  • all those brave enough to travel, remember DO NOT take anything of value with you, remove all hub caps from your car, and do not talk to anybody with a stupid accent(you’ll know it when you hear it!) because they will try and mug you. if you walk into a boozer and hear”dey do dat doh dont dey” turn around for this area is NOT SAFE and again you will be mugged! you have been warned!!! pmsl!!

  • If i was you lot going down i would walk because anything else is sure to get nicked, robbing gits those scousers!!!
