Fulham look for a first Championship win of the season with the Whites currently languishing in the lower reaches of the table with just one-point from three-matches!

Ahead of Huddersfield at Craven Cottage tomorrow Symons spoke about a range of things on fulhamfc.com with his feeling that we could have easily been on seven-points but for a little more luck.

He certainly feels we should have got something from all of our games so far, but the reality is we haven’t and we need to be getting some points on the board!

As frustrated as he’s been he remains confident of a turnaround.

‘I’ve got a lot of confidence. I would have liked a lot more points on the board by now but the way the team have been playing we could have, and should have, been getting something out of each game.

‘We could have been comfortably sitting there on seven points now, and I don’t think people would have raised too many eyebrows, the way we played.

‘Unfortunately we’re not. We are where we are. We need to start picking some wins and more points up but, we’re more than capable of doing it, that’s why it so frustrating we haven’t done it. Because we’ve played well enough to do so.’

The boss added, following the double over the Terriers last season, we know what to expect from Chris Powell’s Huddersfield side and they’ll cause problems but we can deal with them if we’re at our best!

Tim Ream could come in for his debut but we know we’ll be missing Matt Smith and Marcus Bettinelli.

Symons also talked about midfielder Emerson Hyndman’s contract, in fact his response can be heard in this very short clip.

It’s far too early in the season to be panicking isn’t it, however the pressure will be lessened if the Whites boss can guide us to our first three-points of the season on Saturday!

Will this happen?
