It`s been announced that Steve Sidwell, who arrived from Aston Villa in January, has had his contract extended until 2014.
Sidwell joined Fulham on a six month deal but Fulham have now taken up the option to extend the deal with a delighted Sidwell quoted as having said on the news being released,
“I`m delighted.”
“Initially it was like a trial period and it was down to me to prove myself. It`s gone well, and there`s still a lot more to come.”
With just eight appearance sot his name I`d say the latter half of that quote is quite true!
