The Championship season concludes on Sunday with, barring two freakish results, Fulham safe in a play-off place.

The recent good form the side has displayed has given the Craven Cottage hope that our Premier League status can be restored.

This Sunday Fulham make the trip to Yorkshire to take on another side participating in the play-offs, Sheffield Wednesday.

Ahead of the fixture we have some early team-news for you to mull over.

Starting with our hosts Sheffield Wednesday:

With a play-off place already guaranteed, the Sheffield Wednesday boss, Carlos Carvalhal, may make changes to his starting eleven, resting his key players.

But, ahead of the game, Carvalhal has re-iterated that he will not be using anybody from the clubs U23 squad.

Continuing with Fulham:

Slavisa Jokanovic has Chris Martin available for selection again with the on-loan striker having served the three-game ban imposed for the red card he was shown away to Norwich City.

Jokanovic, with Fulham all but guaranteed a play-off place, could also follow the lead being set by his Sheffield Wednesday counterpart and rest key players ahead of the charge towards glory.
