I have to admit that Roy Hodgson caught me by surprise yesterday when the name of Seol Ki-Hyeon cropped up in a televised interview.
It would appear that the Korean, who joined us from reading in a deal that took Liam Rosenior in the other direction, is on the verge of leaving.
Unfortunately, we have no, as yet, indication of a destination with Roy simply admitting,
“We`re still waiting for news on Seol`s move. There`s a possibility that he might go but we`re not certain of that.”
Seol`S Fulham career has hardly hit the heights first anticipated but he has been a solid performer and earlier this season played as a second striker whilst Andrew Johnson recovered from the little niggle that kept him out of action when he first joined from Everton.
We`ll keep you informed of any further developments.
