Yesterday we mentioned that Aston Villa and Spurs have their beady eyes on Mark Schwarzer.
Hopefully, Mark will not betray us and leave Craven Cottage at the end of the season. He`s had a fantastic season and is amongst the contenders to be voted as our player of the season.
But, the Australian showed, unsurprisingly, that he does have a few feelings left for hi sold club, Middlesbrough.
Speaking ahead of the weekend fixture with Newcastle, but also keeping one eye on the Boro situation, Mark has remarked,
“They still need to win one of their last two games. Hopefully we can finish on a high.”
Or as we`d like to say, kill two birds with one stone.
A Fulham win would help our chances of Europa League qualification whilst also hampering Newcastle`s chances of escaping relegation thereby giving hi sold club a glimmer of hope with regards to survival.
