Fulham manager Lawrie Sanchez came extremely close to fulfilling his bold prediction ahead of the match. Sanchez, who’d had a difficult week and season in truth with referees and disallowed goals, claimed his side would win 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to end Chelsea’s three year unbeaten home run. However, despite chances to win, most notably Diomansay Kamara’s one on one, the Cottagers’ boss had to settle for a draw.
And he says he’s not too upset at the scenario.
