Sanchez Offers Hope!

After a calamitous last six minutes at the Emirates Stadium yesterday, many Fulham supporters are fast losing any hope that we can survive in the Premiership.

With us not having registered a single win in the last ten attempts we are in desperate need of a result in either of the last two games. Unfortunately, neither are easy.

Liverpool will arrive at Craven Cottage keen to keep the pressure on Arsenal with regard to finishing third in the Premiership whilst our final game, a trip to Middlesbrough, will see our opposition desperate to finish on a high.

Despite the apparent problems ahead, Lawrie Sanchez remains optimistic and in his post-match interview, at Arsenal, he was keen to stress that our destiny is ion our own hands and that if the players remain disciplined, we can get the result we need to haul us away from the danger area.

Here`s what he had to say,

“Our destiny is in our hands. Unlike West Ham and Charlton it`s there for us to determine what we want to do.”

“The minute it comes out of our own hands we`re in trouble. I think one win will probably do it. It`s another matter as to whether we can get one more win.”

“I`ve seen enough since I`ve been here to know that if the players do as I ask of them then we will be okay but if we play like we did in the last six minutes it will be touch and go.”

Fingers crossed everyone.
