Red Faces All Round?

There are strange goings on up in the land of the liver bird.

t would appear that the owners of Liverpool Football Club put up an article on their company web site declaring that they had signed Clint Dempsey for a fee of £10 million.

It then seems that this inference was contested by Fulham Football Club and that the aforementioned article was hastily withdrawn.

We can only concur one of two things.

Firstly, somebody has jumped the gun or secondly, the transfer has yet to be concluded.

I reckon it`s the former, how about you?
