It`s a late Sunday night or Monday morning!
I have spent the last few hours doing something I promised myself not to do, look for transfer stories on the whites, well nothing came of this!
I did come across so many articles on several other clubs.
The depth of the journalist analysis astounded me! The battle royal of players coming and going between these European top clubs and their disregard for all others, makes me smile with the greatest of pride.
I feel it is not only an honour but a privilege to support Fulham FC. The desperation to please fans, owners and the board leave the managers of these top clubs, lost.
They no longer dictate but have become spin doctors, hoping their word will calm and yet those same words be forgotten, when it all goes wrong!
I love Martin Jol and his natural honest approach. As he said contacts mean nothing as one minute you are loved, then you are gone! I would like to believe he chose Fulham for integrity!
Well, I thought that of Hughes….time…..again will tell!
You cannot deny that Mohammed Al Fayed respects Fulham’s history and treats the club so.
Long may that continue!
