Parker Sweating On Fitness Of Fulham Duo Ahead Of Swansea Clash

|

After overcoming the shock of relegation back into the Championship, recent results have shown that Fulham’s latest spell as a club in the second tier of English football could be a short one, preferably just a single season.

Three wins on the bounce have seen Scott Parkers’ side climb into third place in the table and, already, memories of that marvellous day at Wembley when Fulham beat Aston Villa to clinch a Premier League place, are returning to our thoughts.

Could a similar fate await us this coming May?

Tonight, Fulham are in South Wales, to take on Swansea City, another side who slipped out of the top-flight but who are looking to make a return.

Ahead of the fixture, we are able to bring you some early team news.

Starting with our hosts Swansea City, the Swans are definitely without Jordon Garrick and Joe Rodon whilst Mike van der Hoorn is rated as doubtful.

For Fulham, Scott Parker is sweating on the fitness of Aboudakar Kamara and Bobby Reid who are suffering from ankle and hamstring injuries respectively.

The game, for those unable to make the trip to South Wales, is being shown live on Sky Sports, the ideal opportunity for Scott’s side to impress the watching nation and make it four wins on the bounce for the first time since April 2018.
