Our Czech Mate Remains In The Championship After Spell At Fulham Comes To An End

|

Last season, there were several players in the Fulham squad who spent the season on loan with our club.

The likes of Lucas Piazon, Oliver Norwood and Tomas Kalas played an invaluable part in the club realising their dream and regaining their Premier League status.

All three, deservedly, took part in the celebrations that followed our Play-Off Final success.

However, football can be a harsh game and none of the aforementioned trio were given the opportunity to be part of the Fulham squad for this season, with the club deciding to exercise other options.

But, concentrating on Toms Kalas, a defender who appeared seventy-six times in a Fulham shirt, it is being reported, according to the BBC, that the 25-year-old Czech defender has joined Bristol City on a season-long loan deal.

Kalas is, officially, a Chelsea player but during his time with our West London neighbours, has been out on loan on six occasions.

Here at Vital Fulham, we’d like to thank Tomas for his contribution to the Fulham cause and we wish him every success at Ashton Gate.
