Over the weekend we reported how several news sources were implying that Fulham were interested in signing Jaroslav Plasil.
Plasil, currently playing for Osasuna, had impressed Roy in a recent fixture and was tipped to move to Craven Cottage, but that does not now seem to be the case.
Osasuna have declared that Plasil is an important part of their plans with the following quote being issued to back it up,
‘I only know the news that is in the press, but really, Osasuna is not interested in a sale.’
‘Plasil is an important player for our project.’
Ah well, some you win and some you lose!
