Middlesbrough are not only eyeing up Bullard but are also interested in Steven Davis.

Boro boss Gareth Southgate has had Davis scouted during his time on-loan at Rangers and is planning an end-of-season bid for the Ulsterman.

Stoke City are trying to sign Diomansy Kamara on loan from Fulham to boost their Championship promotion bid.

Fulham are reluctant to let players go as the relegation battle intensifies in the Barclays Premier League, but the 27-year-old striker is frustrated at his lack of first-team action

Gabriel Zakuani has revealed that he would like to turn his loan stay at Stoke into a permanent switch in the summer.

The 21-year-old is in his second spell at the Britannia Stadium, having spent the second half of last season and all of this current campaign with the Potters. And he now feels that his long-term future lies with Tony Pulis’ side following a successful stint with the Midlands outfit.

‘The gaffer said he’d like me here so I’ll wait and see what happens in the summer,’ Zakuani told BBC Radio Stoke.

Also I would like to congratulate Simon Davies on his 50th cap for Wales tonight. The Welsh captain will be leading his side out against Luxembourg at Stade Josy Barthel.

Also congratulations to go out to our young Wayne Brown who made his mark for Brentford on Easter Monday after scoring the winning goal against Grimsby Town.
