Going out on loan doesn`t have to be the death-knell when it comes to your stay at a club.
Numerous world class players have gone out on loan and returned all the better for the experience and gone on to great things for their clubs.
Going on loan can be a huge learning curve and if, as Martin Jol indicates, Pajtim Kasami, is allowed to go out on loan, then the Swiss U21 star should view it as an opportunity to prove his worth, get some much needed experience and come back a better player!
