After Roy Hodgson secured the services of Mark Schwarzer and the probable services of David Stockdale, it doesn`t take a genius to work out that we have an excess of keepers.
We here at Vital Fulham expect both Anti Niemi and Kasey Keller to move on and the media have given the first indication that a move could be soon to materialise for one of them.
Hull City, fresh from reaching the Premier League in the Play-Offs are, according to reports, keen to bolster their keeping staff by adding Niemi to their squad.
In Myhill, Hull already have a top notch keeper but Phil Brown realises that to survive his squad needs adequate cover.
We`ll endeavour to keep you informed of any further developments.

Would he be happy playing second fiddle to Myhil?
I think he’ll go on the basis that he can take the number1 shirt from him if he proves he’s injury free.
interesting, Myhil is highly rated!
Let him go! His best days are behind him!
bit closer to Helsinki for him 🙂
be sad to see a good keeper leave though!
true – he kept us in a few matches with his heroics!
sod Humberside, he’s heading back to Rangers, inch by inch!
Shame how he has fallen from grace! Was a very good keeper! Let’s just hope Schwarzer is actually good!
Niemi was a good buy by Coleman, bit injury prone and suspect sometimes at crosses but you couldn’t ask for a better shot stopper. Sad to see him go but with RH’s deals so far in the transfer market its clear there isn’t a place for him here anymore
