With Martin Jol`s future, as the manager of Fulham Football Club, being monitored very carefully, the tabloid press has thrown another name into the hat with regards to a possible replacement.

This time they`re suggesting that those who make such delicate decisions are taking a serious look at the Romanian currently in charge of Dinimo Moscow – Dan Petrescu

Petrescu has yet to manage a Premier League club but had a very successful playing career, in the Premier League, with our near-neighbours Chelsea.

Now in his forties, Petrescu is establishing quite a reputation in Russian football and it`ll be interesting to see if he could be the fresh young face that turns our clubs fortunes around.
