Despite not having the managerial position filled for next season, it appears that the recruitment of players is to continue.

Whilst some may seem it strange to but when there is no permanent manager it obviously doesn`t, if the rumours are right, for the board.

According to tabloid reports, Fulham are going to sign, for a fee in the region of £3 million, the Hearts and Scotland keeper, Craig Gordon.

It would appear that those behind the scenes tried to sign Craig during the January transfer window and failed, however they are determined to not miss out this time.

If true, it would confirm the rumours that suggest Anti Niemi will leave the club this summer.
