In our last game of our brief tour of Scotland, Fulham earned a decent victory against the Scottish Premier League runners-up of last season, Motherwell.

Motherwell, who are probably more advanced with regards to full fitness what with a Europa League fixture fast looming, were beaten 2-0.

The first Fulham goal came in the 19th minute when Cameron Burgess scored with an unopposed header from a corner.

The second goal came in the second half and was a little fortunate when a shot from Konstantinos Stafylidis was fumbled over the line by the Motherwell keeper Dan Twardzik.

Playing for the full 90 minutes, Ross McCormack was deprived of his first Fulham goal when Twardzik made a decent save to deny the striker.
