Our Italian striker, Vincenzo Montella looks set to return for the fixture against Portsmouth this weekend.
Montella has now finished the suspension picked up for illegal use of the elbow against Spurs in the FA Cup and is free to resume his role spearheading the Fulham attack.
Despite Fulham having admitted that it is very unlikely that they will be able to afford to keep the Roma striker on a permanent deal, Montella is keen to make an impression before he leaves remarking,
“The fans will see a lot of enthusiasm from me.”
