With it all having gone pear-shaped for Ross McCormack, at Aston Villa, following his £12 million move from Craven Cottage in the summer, the prospect of the Scottish international striker returning to Fulham has been suggested.

During his time with Fulham Football Club, Ross was a prolific scorer and a return south was something that could possibly appeal to him.

Indeed, it seems that Slavisa Jokanovic was even considering such a move.

However, according to the bastion of the tabloid world, The Sun, it is unlikely to happen.

Our referenced source is implying that the squad have warned Jokanovic off of bringing the 30-year-old back to the club as they considered the striker to be a disruptive influence last season.

That would appear to signal the end of a return to Fulham it would seem.
