Fulham striker, Brian McBride, has taken the decision to retire from international football.
McBride, who has given both club and country loyal service over the years, retires with a glowing tribute from the US Soccer President, Sunil Gulati.
Gukati had this to say about McBride`s decision to retire from the international scene,
“I think it`s easy to say that his legacy will be that of a true iron man on the field and a true gentleman off it.”
We here at Vital Fulham would like to second those comments and hope that McBride finishes the domestic season with a flourish.
