This lunchtime, Fulham welcome Watford to Craven Cottage for a Premier League clash.
The Cottagers will be hoping that they can get back to winning ways after losing last time out, at the hands of Manchester City, at the Etihad Stadium.
With just points taken from the first four games, the club desperately needs a win to lift them up the table and remove, for now, any fears of dropping down into the relegation zone.
However, according to our most recent poll, it doesn’t look as if those who frequent this site believe it will happen.
Our poll, which simply asked you t predict the result, gave the usual three options:
• Fulham to win
• Watford to Win
and
• A draw
According to those who voted, it appears that 56% are predicting a win, whereas 15% are going for the points being shared.
Strangely, only 29% are predicting a Fulham win, which, I admit, surprises me.
I’m strangely puzzled by the lack of enthusiasm for a Fulham win.
Myself, I’m of the opinion that Fulham will win today, and I also believe that Aleksandar Mitrovic will get back on the score-sheet.
