It would seem that Martin Jol is looking down the road to bolster a strike force that has been depleted over the last few months.
In fact Jol is looking for somebody to tread the same route as Wayne Bridge and Gael Kakuta have done previously, namely play on loan for Fulham whilst registered to our local rivals, Chelsea.
The player in question is Romelu Lukaku.
Still in his teenage years, Lukaku was signed by Chelsea, from Anderlecht, for a fee of £18 million and was seen as the ‘New Drogba`, but last season he failed to make an impact and saw his first team appearances limited.
Now whether he`d get more exposure at Craven Cottage only Martin Jol can answer!
