With regards to somebody coming in, one tabloid has us linked with an interesting acquisition, albeit probably on loan.
The player Martin Jol is supposedly looking at is Tom Huddlestone.
Jol coached Huddlestone whilst he was in the managerial chair at White Hart Lane and one likened the player to the German legend – Franz Beckanbauer.
Huddlestone, recovering from an injury, has lost his place in the White Hart Lane pecking order since the arrival of Scott Parker.
Could this be a done deal, I guess we`ll have to wait and see!
