Only a matter of days after celebrating his 37th birthday, our recent signing, the experienced Jari Litmanen found himself rushed to hospital.
According to reports received Jari complained of having trouble breathing and complained of his heart racing.
Naturally, the medical staff at Fulham exercised extreme caution and Jari was rushed to see a cardiologist in Central London.
The club have issued the following statement,
“Jari was experiencing some palpitations and he was immediately taken to see a specialist and was told to rest.”
“It does not appear to be too serious and we hope to have him back next week.”
We here at Vital Fulham would advise Jari to take it easy and avoid any undue stress like watching Fulham play!
