Speculation grows regarding Fulham recruiting a player Martin Jol worked with during his spell in Holland.
Having already been linked with Mounir El Hamdaoui, the tabloid press are intimating that a deal could be imminent with a prominent figure at Ajax Amsterdam, Frank De Boer, offering Fulham further encouragement relating to a possible purchase by commenting about the player,
“If a club comes in for him, he may leave.”
Although Martin will, no doubt, be concentrating on the forthcoming Europa League qualification campaign, a campaign that starts this Thursday evening, don`t be surprised if there are a few movements on the transfer front shortly and the acquisition of Mounir El Hamdaoui could well be one of them!
