With the transfer window set to close on 31 January, just four days away, it remains to be seen whether Fulham can add to their squad.

After the fine 3-1 victory, at Oakwell, against Barnsley lifted the side into the Championship play-off places, hopes are growing that the club can play a major role in the promotion shake-up.

Against Barnsley, Fulham`s latest recruit, Matt Targett, was introduced as a substitute, with the player who is on loan from Southampton making his Fulham debut.

After the victory, Slavsa Jokanovic spoke about Targett`s debut and also his hopes for the remainder of the transfer window, remarking to the media,

‘It’s a question about if you are capable of winning something important or for the challenge.

‘I used today our latest signing for the last 45 minutes, he showed a very good left foot, showed his quality, he has Premier League experience and today did a great job for us.

‘With more options it’s easier to be successful and this is the only reason in some way I am fighting for some signings.’

Will Slavisa get his wish?

I guess we`ll find out over the next four days!
