Martin Jol must have left Craven Cottage a very satisfied man last night.

Before the game, much had been made about Martin Jol coming face-to-face with the person who took his job in the White Hart Lane hot-seat, Juande Ramos.
Jol, before the game, refused to get drawn into any bickering and backstabbing over how things had panned out at White Hart Lane but, following our 3-0 win over Ramos` side, Jol, when pressed about how Ramos is now managing in the backwaters of the Ukraine, couldn`t resist one sly dig, commenting,
“I`ve heard they pay well, and if you get a dizzying offer, you always have to think about it.”
