Having signed the Costa Rican Bryan Ruiz for a fee of something in the region of £11 million, surely we`re not expected to simply give him away for nothing are we?
The reason I ask is that the Turkish club, Besiktas, are aghast that Fulham are asking something in the region of £8 million for the player.
Now whether Besiktas are willing to pay that much for Ruiz remains to be seen but it could also be a ploy by the club to ensure that if he can`t be sold for a sizeable fee then Fulham are more than happy to have him in the squad for their Championship campaign this coming season!
