It`s at times like this that you look for encouragement!
Losing four on the bounce is always a bitter pill to swallow, returning to the office on Monday morning is not something I`m looking forward to, the p*ss take will go on for hours!
But, we have to keep the faith. It`s not as if we`ve been humiliated in any of those four games, in truth they could have gone either way.
Therefore, in his post match interview, it`s pleasing not to hear Roy Hodgson panic, instead he remains calm, collected and upbeat when he remarks,
‘It was always going to be a tight game and both teams played well.”
‘The away form is a concern because it is not easy to go to another ground and get a positive result.”
‘If we continue playing the way that we are then the results will come. We have to hope that the tide will turn.’
