After Dave Beasant left the club as part of the cull that followed the dismissal of Lawrie Sanchez, we`ve been a bit short in the goalkeeper coaching department.

According to articles appearing in the media this morning, Roy Hodgson has moved swiftly to fill the vacancy left by Beasant`s departure.

Our new manager has recruited the experienced ex-goalkeeper Mike Kelly to look after the keepers currently employed by Fulham Football Club.

We here at Vital Fulham would like to wish him every success.
