Hey Roy! Leave That Crock Alone!

With Roy Hodgson having admitted, in his post match Celtic interview, that we could do with signing another striker; a familiar face has entered the frame.

That name being that of Louis Saha.

Saha, played for us between 2000 and 2004 and carved out a goal scoring reputation that saw Manchester United offer us bag fulls of cash for his signature.

Sadly, since joining Manchester United, Saha has encountered a bad run of injuries and with United keen to sign another striker (Berbatov), looks to be on his way out of Old Trafford.

Therefore, it is not really a surprise to see our name linked with him, the News of the World seems quite sure that Saha is the man Roy Hodgson has identified as being the one to bring a cutting edge to our attack.

My first impressions, despite great memories of Saha`s previous spell with us, are to leave well alone.

He`ll cost an absolute fortune and his injury record makes me very wary!

So Sunderland, if I had my way, he`s all yours!

Anyone else got an opinion?
