Over the last two decades, football has changed considerably.

The influx of foreign talent has, without doubt, improved the standard of the Premier League.

However, the influx of foreign talent has made it harder and harder fro young British talent to flourish.

Therefore, you have to admire our young 21 year-old midfielder Josh Pritchard who after a very successful loan spell in Norway, with Tromso, has opted to turn down a permanent move to Norwegian football in order to fight for a future at Craven Cottage.

With that attitude we hope he succeeds in his dream.
