As the games continue to diminish and our plight remains the same, namely haunted by the prospect of relegation, Brede Hangeland has asked for some positivity.
The Norwegian centre back, on the eve of the absolutely crucial clash with Newcastle United, has asked for the supporters to cheer the team on and refrain from turning to the jeer mode, by remarking,
“We know it`s a very, very tough time for the supporters.”
“But we`re asking that they continue to get behind the boys.”
“We all need to pull in the same direction.”
Indeed we do, there`s a lot to be said for solidarity!
