Reports are filtering through that Slavisa Jokanovic is set to add another midfielder to the Fulham squad.

Our associates over at West London Sport are running with the implication that Fulham are signing Athanasios Petsos to the squad.

Petsos, currently on the books of Werder Bremen, is 25-years-of-age and will be signing a deal that will see him remain at Craven Cottage for the remainder of the 2016 / 2017 season.

Our source is of the opinion that Fulham have moved for Petsos after being unsuccessful in their attempts to bring Ibrahima Cisse to Craven Cottage after having two bids rejected by his club, Standard Liege.

Although Petsos is currently on the books of Werder Bremen, after signing for the Bundesliga side from Rapid Vienna last summer, he has only made three appearances.

With regards to international honours, Petsos has made four appearances for Greece.
