Mladen Petric could well be a twenty goal a season man.

Having gotten off the mark, in the Premier League, on Saturday with a sparkling brace in the 5-0 rout of Norwich City, Petric has been receiving praise from the gaffer with Martin Jol commenting,

“If you look at strikers and their statistics, Petric is in the group of players who will score goals, Not probably 20 in 20 games but he will score one in two. That is a good record.”

Going by that, one in two would give us 19 Premier League goals, a damn fine return from somebody who Jol picked up on a free transfer.
