Rangers have pulled out of the race to sign Portsmouth.
Having spent the best part of the last month trying to secure a deal for the defender, Rangers have today confirmed they will not be pursuing a deal for the defender.
This now leaves the door wide open for Fulham to strike a deal before midnight on Friday.
